Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jogger Footwear! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our shipping and return policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are delivered within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer various shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the selected shipping method.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Orders will be delivered within 2-7 WORKING DAYS from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days; express shipping takes 2-4 business days.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Customs and Duties (for international orders): Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international shipments. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs regulations and are not included in the product price or shipping fees at checkout.

2. Return Policy

At Jogger Footwear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items only. Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at info@jogger.co.in within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  3. You will receive instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping within India if the return is due to a defect or our error. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • International Returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and any customs fees or taxes associated with the return.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
  • We will confirm with the delivery partner and once your return is approved and received by us, either your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 7 working days or the replacement will be delivered within 7-8 working days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

4. Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
